In this morning's Indie Tactics email I shared with my subscribers a little secret of mine. As crazy as they may sometimes be, I live my life voicing and rallying for my wildest dreams. I totally live my life with my head in the clouds.
About a year ago I posted a wildest dream of mine regarding writing a cocktail book. Then, a few months ago, I had a photographer friend interested in partnering with me. I hope to spend the next few months writing, testing, and photographing recipes. And I am ecstatic.
All made possible because I voiced one of my wildest dreams.
Lately I've been focusing a little more on my business's wildest dreams, and one of those is an idea that has been floating around in my head for quite some time. I have been itching to partner with a creative entrepreneur to launch and run a product-based online store. Like, equity partner.
My thoughts have been circling around an accessory boutique (personal and home), and though I have not been giving the idea much brain space, it hasn't left. It's been lingering quietly in my idea bank for over a year.
Then, I voiced this wildest dream to David a few nights ago. Again, I have absolutely no details sorted out in my head, just a general recognition that this is something that I would like to do in the probably-not-too-near future.
And so, Wildest Dream, you have been expressed. Now, go forth and bring momma what she needs.
