As of today we've been in our new studio for 2 months. In many ways it feels like we've always been here. We settled in quickly, but we do still have a lot to do.

Once we signed the lease we immediately started painting, replacing the ceiling tiles, installing new lights, and arranging furniture. We had the space work-in-able within 2 weeks. Since then we've been slowly getting everything else in place. Now that we're 2 months in, I'm wonderfully happy with how the main area is set up, with just a few workspace-specific projects on the books.

I don't want to talk about the back area or bathroom yet. They're still eye sores.

But, we're definitely ready to share the results of our studio work, where we took an empty, dirty, and disgustingly blue space and turned it into something this designer is more than than happy to invite clients into.
